Returns

Important Return Instructions: 
Before returning any product, please do not send your purchase back to the shipping address. Instead, kindly contact us first to initiate the return process. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address. This ensures that your return is processed smoothly and promptly.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return eligible product. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in Like-New Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Original Packaging: It should be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Proof of Purchase: Please provide valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or account email.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.

If you made a wrong purchase and wish to exchange the incorrect product for the correct one, you will need to cover the shipping fees for both returning the item and sending the new item.

Shipping

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).
